So many people are looking to reshaft their OEM iron sets (or wedges) that require a .355 taper tip iron shaft, but don’t want to pay upwards of $40 each to do so. The Apollo CWS Steel shafts are constant weight, which means each shaft in the set weighs exactly the same. These aren’t just parallel tip shafts that were tip trimmed and swaged to a .355 at the factory, but instead it is a totally new design, where the wall thickness of the shaft is altered to achieve the constant weight in each shaft.

Constant weighting is only often done on higher end, expensive shafts like KBS and Project X. The Apollo CWS has a firm tip section for a piercing ball flight trajectory that better players (or high ball hitters) desire.

Keep in mind: NONE of the iron heads we sell at Value Golf are .355 taper - so these shafts will not work in any of them. These are available purely for an OEM (Ping, Taylor Made, Callaway, etc) retrofit reshaft job.
