| I ordered a total of 6 golf shafts, 9 grips, and 4 club heads. My ordered was shipped promptly. To my dismay, I realized that after the order shipped, that I as out of the ferrules I needed for club assembly. To my pleasant surprise, Value Golf included a ferrule with each club head. While this does not seem like a big deal some, for me it meant that I could get right to work. |

| I was having trouble getting some components from other suppliers who would not ship to Australia.
I had seen good reviews for Value Golf on several golf forums and place my order on the 5th and was unwrapping the components on the 11th (great service).
The tracking system was a dream and the follow up e-mail were first class.
There prices are very good, but the all round service is even better. |
